Terms and conditions and complaints

Welcome to Wrapped Jewels. When you shop here, you automatically accept the terms and conditions below.

Copyright; All images and text on wrappedjewels.dk are protected by copyright law. Any copying without consent is prohibited. I also request that no screenshots be taken of/for other jewellery designers with the intention of copying.

When you shop here, you must fill in your name and address as well as contact details. This is so that you can receive your jewellery when it is finished. I only sell online and work from my private address, so I do not have customers and sales from home.

Once payment has gone through, you will receive an order confirmation.

Payment; at Wrapped Jewels you can pay with Visa, Mastercard, Dankort, MobilePay, PayPal, VisaElectron and Maestro.

Payment Terms;
Memorial Jewellery; As I purchase materials based on orders received, it is not possible to receive a refund after 48 hours from your purchase. You are responsible for sending your inclusions in good condition; you can read more about how here. I do NOT return remaining milk, and once you have sent your milk, I will dry and preserve it, and you hereby relinquish ownership. All other inclusions will be returned to the extent possible.
You can send the inclusions at your own pace. However, if more than 6 months pass from the payment date, I may charge an additional fee if my prices have generally increased. If the prices are the same as when you ordered, there will be no changes, but since several of my jewellery materials have an expiry date, I cannot store them for extended periods and must therefore purchase new ones. Therefore, there may be a price increase if you send inclusions 6 months after the order has been placed.

Finished Jewellery; If you regret your purchase, you must contact me here no later than 14 days after the purchase, and then the item must be returned within 5 business days. Sale jewellery will NOT be refunded.
You are solely responsible for the condition of the jewellery until it is received here, so I recommend sending the jewellery insured. The jewellery must be returned in its original packaging, and if any damage has occurred to them, this will be deducted from the original price. All my prices include shipping and packaging, so an amount of DKK 75 will be deducted for this. The rest of the money will be paid back to the card used for payment.
Reduction in value; I expect the jewellery to be returned unused. They may, of course, be tried on as one would in a shop, but I do not accept damaged or dirty jewellery. So if you are in doubt about a possible piece of jewellery, please refrain from trying it on with makeup or anything else that could stain the jewellery.

Discount;
Discounts cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.
For memorial jewellery, I offer an automatic discount when purchasing multiple pieces of memorial jewellery at the same time. This discount is automatically applied to the cart. However, I cannot offer the discount for breast milk that needs to be dried in two batches. The discount is given because I save both time and materials by combining orders, which I cannot do when drying two portions. So if you want to dry it separately, please place two separate orders.

Delivery;
Memorial Jewellery; I will send the jewellery 4-5 weeks from the date I receive the inclusions. If you require shorter delivery, you can contact me here after payment to see if shorter delivery is possible, but due to the production method, it may not necessarily be possible. If you pay in the middle of a holiday or if the package is damaged upon receipt, requiring me to obtain more content, the delivery time will be longer.

Finished Jewellery; The jewellery will be dispatched within 3-4 business days unless it is in the middle of a holiday, which will be indicated on the website.

Complaints;
Should the stone in your memorial jewellery change colour within the first 2 years, or should the stone in any of the jewellery fall out, you must contact me here. You must explain in detail what specifically happened, and I will provide further instructions.
If the jewellery has been neglected or if the damage is not due to production, the complaint will be rejected. In case of a complaint, the jewellery must be returned. If the stone is lost, the rest of the jewellery must be sent. If, upon receipt of the jewellery, I can see that the damage occurred in a different way than first assumed, the complaint will be rejected.

If the complaint is justified, I will replace the stone and recreate the jewellery. Breast milk is stored in dried form with me for 2 years, but all other inclusions must be sent again. I do not create new designs but recreate the damaged one. Regarding lost gemstones, I will replace them with an identical stone as far as possible, but I cannot guarantee that I have them in stock. If the market price of the individual stone changes drastically, I also reserve the right to replace it with a stone of equivalent value, but not the same size.
