Various questions regarding sending reminders

All inclusions should be sent to:

For the phone number, please use your own.

You may send by regular letter with PostNord or Dao, but if you are sending rare or important inclusions that cannot be replaced if they don't arrive, I recommend sending them as a parcel for home delivery. This means using GLS, PostNord, or Dao parcel service. Ideally, send in envelopes that fit through a letterbox. If you would like confirmation that the letter has arrived, please write your sender information and order number on the outside!

Milk: You will need 10ml or what corresponds to 2 teaspoons. The milk can be fresh or frozen. Any remaining milk will not be returned.

The milk can be sent in a regular freezer bag with a very tight knot, or a milk pouch purchased for this purpose. In addition, it should be packed in two more bags with knots, making a total of three bags. Your name and order number must be clearly marked on ALL bags, and then placed in a padded envelope.
If you have a small amount of milk, a good tip is to express by hand directly into a cup. A few drops can be placed in the freezer directly in the container so nothing is wasted, and the same cup can be used until you have reached 10ml. If you are still breastfeeding, it is good to do this at the same time as a feed, and preferably with an adequate time interval from a feed on the same breast.

Hair: as long as possible, but depends on the desired design. Preferably a lock 2-4cm long and about 1-2mm thick. If the hair is very short, just use the length you can cut. Gather the hair with a piece of string, a narrow piece of tape, or put it in tinfoil and then into a bag. The most important thing is that it is not bent. Your name and order number must be clearly marked on the bag.

Teeth; in a bag with your name and order number clearly marked, and then in a padded envelope. -Teeth are sharp and can puncture a regular envelope or break during transport. -The latter can be repaired, but if the tooth punctures the envelope, there is a high risk of it falling out.

Ash: send what corresponds to a teaspoon or what you can spare. Any remaining ash that I do not use will, of course, be returned, but it is best to have more to work with. -Send in a small container, bag, or similar with your name and order number clearly marked, and then in a padded envelope. I recommend sending the letter with tracking.

Fabric; do not send more than 2x2cm or possibly threads. -Threads work best and create the most beautiful effect as fabric can lose some of its original color. I treat all fabric before use, but even this sealing may be insufficient. Send in a bag with your name and order number clearly marked.

Umbilical cord; Send in a bag with your name and order number clearly marked.

Earth/sand and similar; send in a bag with your name and order number clearly marked.

Flowers; must be dried or delivered in person. They can be pressed, and in that case, they should be packed in tinfoil or other tight material, then in a bag with air, your name clearly marked, and a padded envelope. If they are not dried, they should be sent in a small box with some paper, cotton wool, or other material that can hold them in place so they are not shaken. Your name and order number clearly marked, and then in secure packaging.
